Internal Audit Group was founded in 2003. It specialises in carrying out internal audit work plans, individual audit assignments and due diligence, both nationally and internationally, for entities including companies, charities, institutes, friendly societies and other mutual societies, housing associations and public sector organisations such as local authorities and central government. Some of our consultants carry out compliance audit, post-implementation reviews, value for money reviews, due diligence secondment, financial investigations, profit improvement projects and change management projects. Our sister company Risk Management Advice Limited carries out risk management consultancy.

It is an ISO 9001 certificated firm which is raising the bar, remorselessly improving the quality of its delivery to clients toward a "Rolls Royce" quality, thereby providing excellent value for money to clients.

We maintain a database of over 1800 internal auditors, compliance officers, Sarbanes-Oxley auditors, due diligence specialists and others seeking temporary contract or permanent work.
