Internal Audit Services, founded in 1995, is one of the UK's premier internal audit providers. IAS specialises in carrying out internal audit work plans internationally for entities including companies, charities, friendly societies, housing associations and public sector organisations.

IAS is led by chartered accountant Geoffrey Clark. He has over 25 years experience as a dedicated senior internal auditor, and is a member of the Institute of Internal Auditors - UK and Ireland.
